Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility: To qualify, items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition, with all original packaging and tags included. Custom-made or engraved pieces are not eligible for return or exchange. Items marked as Final Sale are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

How to Start a Return: Please contact our customer care team at support@designdefinesus.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Once approved, we’ll provide detailed return instructions.

Shipping & Refunds: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Exchanges: To exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability.
